Joseph Pigato

Joseph Pigato is an entrepreneur and marketing leader whose journey has been deeply intertwined with Stanford’s entrepreneurial community. He began his startup career with a K-8 education venture in Palo Alto, co-founded an e-learning startup in San Francisco, and later led marketing at a customer retention analytics startup—all with fellow Stanford alumni—guiding each to successful acquisitions. 

Joseph has driven growth for startups and established companies across the U.S., Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK. He has served as a lead advisor at Blue Startups, contributing writer at Entrepreneur, and guest lecturer at Wharton and INSEAD.

At Stanford, Joseph founded Talisman A Cappella, studied abroad in Florence, led the Stanford Tour Guide Service, and served as a peer counselor at The Bridge. He holds a BA from Stanford (Psychology) and an MBA from Wharton (Marketing). A world traveler, he has lived in San Francisco, Sydney, Singapore, Honolulu, and Mumbai, visiting 53 countries along the way. He currently resides in San Diego.
