Nabila Elassar is a seasoned education specialist, leadership coach, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning education, technology, business, and international affairs. She is the Founder of Impact Genius and serves as the Academic Director of the AI for Good Institute, where she empowers AI innovators and founders with training, resources, and a global community.
In her role at Microsoft, Nabila led cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation in education, generating over $100 million in revenue. Her work with the United Nations included developing programs that engaged over 10,000 students across 12 countries, focusing on leadership and global citizenship.
Nabila holds a Master’s degree in Education, Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University. She also earned executive certifications in Non-Profit Leadership from Harvard University and in Entrepreneurship and Advanced Project Management from Stanford’s SCPD and Graduate School of Business.
