💬 What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a founder?
“Keep going. Always have a Plan B and C, focus on your next step, and talk to users — not just peers who aren’t your customers.”
💬 What should someone with a full-time job know before quitting to start a company?
“Build your niche community before you take the leap. It can take a year or more to find product-market fit — get real feedback and even paying users early.”
💬 What’s been the most surprising challenge in running your business?
“It’s not the AI models — it’s the human side. Building genuine customer relationships and finding the right collaborators is the hardest and most rewarding part.”
💬 What’s a founder mindset shift that changed everything for you?
“Protect your creative energy. Set boundaries, take breaks, and remember — the best ideas come when you make space to breathe.”
